Gold medal for Ludovica Salvatori, silver for Nicolò Popolla, bronze for Ambra Helen Russo: the gigantic loot brought home by the team trained and led by maestro Tagliavento, in the final act of the prestigious international event staged in Carrara.
An extraordinary undertaking to which the municipal administration of Fondi could not remain insensitive. So much so that in recent days the medalists and trainers were received in the Municipality by the vice mayor Vincenzo Carnevale and by the councilor for Sport, Fabrizio Macaro, who, on behalf of the institution and all citizens, gave them a simple, but of high symbolic value, thanking them for having exported the good name of the City of Fondi in Italy and around the world.

“To Ludovica Salvatori, of the ASD Fighting Club Fondi, Team Tagliavento, for having won the gold medal at the Unified World Championships, winning the world championship and giving prestige to the City of Fondi and the Italian national kickboxing team”.
“To Nicolò Popolla, of the ASD Fighting Club Fondi, Team Tagliavento, for having won the silver medal at the Unified World Championships, becoming vice world champion and giving prestige to the City of Fondi and the Italian national kickboxing team”.
“To Ambra Helen Russo, of the ASD Fighting Club Fondi, Team Tagliavento, for having won the bronze medal at the Unified World Championships, giving prestige to the City of Fondi and to the Italian national kickboxing team”.
“To Maestro Luigi Tagliavento, 5th Dan black belt, for having led the ASD Fighting Club Fondi to conquer the world championship and to occupy all the steps of the podium with its own athletes, giving prestige to the City of Fondi and to the Italian national kickboxing team”.
“To the instructor Gianluca Panici, 2nd Dan black belt, for having led the ASD Fighting Club Fondi to conquer the world championship and to occupy all the steps of the podium with its own athletes, giving prestige to the City of Fondi and to the Italian national kickboxing team”.
